WithasuitableNavtexreceiverconnectedtoyourmultifunction
display,youcanviewmarinesafetyinformation,includingweather
forecastsandmarinewarnings.
MajorareasofNAVTEXcoverageincludetheMediterraneanSea,
TheNorthSea,coastalareasaroundJapan,andareasaroundthe
NorthAmericancontinent.
IncomingNavtexMessageAlerts
WheneverawarningisreceivedbytheNavtexreceiver,analert
isdisplayedonyourmultifunctiondisplayforanycategoryof
informationthatyouhavesetup.Thealertcontainsthemessage
details,andcanbeerasedorsaved.
Yourmultifunctiondisplaystoresupto100messages.Once
capacityisreached,theoldestmessagesareautomaticallydeleted
toallowfornewincomingmessages.
NavtexMessageAlertCategories
Youcancongureyourmultifunctiondisplaytoshowalertsfora
rangeofdifferentcategoriesofinformation,includingwarnings,
